Pernod Ricard Announces Organizational Restructuring

Pernod Ricard, the French drinks group, is undergoing organizational restructuring in a bid to streamline its operations and enhance decision-making at various levels. By replacing its executive board with a new executive committee and regrouping all markets into 10 management entities, the company aims to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

New Executive Committee

The newly formed executive committee comprises of nine key roles that will be crucial in driving the company forward. These roles include the executive vice president for global brands, executive vice president for global markets, North America chief executive, and global director of operations.

Confidence in the New Organization

Chief Executive Alexandre Ricard expressed confidence in the revamped organization’s ability to navigate the increasingly complex and volatile business environment. The restructuring aims to usher the company into a new era of sustainable growth that benefits all stakeholders.

Leadership Appointments

Pernod Ricard announced the appointment of Philippe Guettat as the executive vice president for global brands, while Gilles Bogaert will assume the role of executive vice president for global markets.

Streamlined Management Entities

In an effort to optimize operations, Pernod Ricard has eliminated the regional entities for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as Latin America and Asia. All markets will now be grouped into 10 management entities, further enhancing efficiency and collaboration.
