Dogecoin Foundation has announced a partnership with the Ethereum founder, Vitalik Buterin, on the creation of unique Dogecoin that would introduce community staking.
The GigaWallet project would pave the way for the advancement of community staking to enable users to get rewarded for operating the network.
The Gigawallet project would offer an API solution for adding Dogecoin transactions and make the network a payment provider.
The wallet would have two API categories for validating and processing transactions and integrating the Dogecoin Keyring Application and Software Development Kit. Dogecoin users would have ownership of the keys and can still transact.
Dogecoin is an open-source protocol managed by individuals and contributors that continuously build on the network.
The platform notes that the many initiatives in the network drive its advancement, and the community is committed to decentralization.
