Blockchain.com, a Luxembourg-based crypto exchange and wallet service provider, has opened a waiting list for its NFT marketplace under development.
The company has unveiled a waiting list for the platform, where users would purchase, store, or sell the non-fungible tokens.
The firm aims to make the acquisition of NFTs straightforward by adding support directly into the wallet. Blockchain.com maintains that the current processes are complex and not user-friendly.
The crypto financial service provider said on Thursday that it aims to make the accessibility of NFTs as easy as that of the overall crypto market.
Interest in the NFT space has surged this year as trading volumes jump 700% to $10.7 billion in the third quarter alone. The space has seen an influx of musicians, sports celebrities, and artists globally.
Blockchain.com has about 70 million wallets for users spread over 200 countries, and their new step could spur further growth.
