UK’s fintech firm Revolut has advertised for a lead tech position to build a crypto exchange in a push to expand its participation in digital currencies.
Revolut is looking for a skilled engineer in leading tech teams, with seven years in creating matching engines. The candidate must have a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
The financial firm also has set foot in the US market with a fee-free cryptocurrency trading of up to $200,000. The platform list Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin apart from BTC and ETH.
Revolut is also reportedly seeking to launch an exchange token. The platform is yet to announce whether its exchange will be centralized or decentralized.
Revolut debuted its crypto platform in the US at the pandemic’s peak and paid for its WeWork office space with BTC.
