The company was founded in September 2017 and is based in Curacao. A location address along with the Chamber of Commerce registration number is present on the official site. For support, the vendor provides an email address and Discord support.

After analyzing the official site of this trading bot, here are the main features that the vendor focuses on:

• For trading, the platform provides over 40 in-built indicators and an add-on feature that enables you to process the TradingView alerts.
• Access to the huge community of traders helps in sharing and discussing the trade settings and strategies.
• The trading bot is compatible with Linux, macOS, and Windows.
• A user-friendly dashboard that provides easy access to the various features of the bot and for effective trading.
• Possible buy feature displays potential trades while the Pairs feature gives an overview of all the coins you have purchased.
• Dollar Cost Averaging, Sales, and Config are other features that help in a hassle-free experience.

Regarding the use of the trading bot, the official site provides very little info on the installation steps and other relevant guidance. There is no mention of the strategies used and we could not find performance proof.

As per the info found on the official site, this trading platform was started to provide the Crypto trading community with a pioneering and profitable bot. The vendor claims that the crypto bot is among the most advanced bots in the field.

We could not find info on the team members of this company. Other than mentioning the founding year and location address, the vendor does not reveal further info on the team, their expertise, and their experience. The lack of info raises a red flag for this crypto bot.

Safety of ProfitTrailer and the network

The official site does not provide information on the security measures that the company uses for the safety of the platform. From the lack of info, we suspect this vendor does not have proper security measures in place. Platform security plays a key role in reliability and safety and the absence indicates this is not a trustworthy company. 

Other notes

Pricing for this service comes in three different packages. The signals edition costs €30/month and comes with features like live support via Discord, the ability to run 2 bots, 3 default settings, indicator, and free TV supplement and signals for two months. 

The Basic package costs €49/month and has 5 stored settings and more than 40 indicators. With the Advanced package which costs €49/month, you get 10 stored configurations and over 40 indicators.  For the basic and advanced packages, the lifetime license costs €799 and €999 respectively. 

Compared to other crypt trading platforms we find the cost of the packages is overpriced and not worth the money. Further, there is no mention of a refund which clearly shows the unreliability of the service.

From the user reviews, it is clear that the bot is not performing well. One of the testimonials indicates that there are no strategies in the default list and the vendor does not provide instructions on creating their own strategies.

Our analysis of the functionality, approach, track record, security, and other aspects of this crypto trading platform reveals this is not a legitimate service. The vendor lacks transparency in several aspects making us arrive at this conclusion.
