Most large cryptocurrencies experienced a decline during morning trading on Friday. Polygon (MATICUSD) saw the biggest change, declining 1.33% to 52 cents. Bitcoin (BTCUSD) inched down 0.72% to $26,391.10, while Cardano (ADAUSD) sank 0.66% to 25 cents.
Uniswap (UNIUSD) slipped 0.66% to $4.30, Dogecoin (DOGEUSD) slid 0.48% to 6 cents, and Ethereum (ETHUSD) sank 0.48% to $1,621.13. Solana (SOLUSD), on the other hand, posted the smallest decrease, slipping 0.16% to $18.91.
However, two cryptocurrencies posted increases. Polkadot (DOTUSD) saw the largest rise at 0.89% to $4.10, and Ripple (XRPUSD) climbed 0.46% to 49 cents.

In crypto-related company news, shares of Coinbase Global Inc. declined 2.82% to $81.10, while MicroStrategy Inc. fell 1.95% to $339.65. Riot Platforms Inc. shares shed 2.23% to $10.73, and shares of Marathon Digital Holdings Inc. fell 3.20% to $9.68.
Other notable changes include Overstock.com Inc., which declined 1.62% to $20.63, Block Inc., which inched down 0.69% to $53.48, and Tesla Inc., which dropped 1.25% to $272.59.
Fund Space Update
In the fund space, blockchain-focused Amplify Transformational Data Sharing ETF slipped 0.85% to $21.14. The Bitwise Crypto Industry Innovators ETF, which focuses on pure-play crypto companies, slid 0.96% to $7.20. Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, which tracks the Bitcoin market price, declined 1.08% to $19.25.
